Good news! You are eligible to take the Fast Track option!
We are excited to announce you can now get certified to sell UnitedHealthcare 2025 Medicare plans via Fast Track! Get your certifications done early so you can spend the summer focusing on your selling strategy for 2025 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). Or maybe spend it on a beach or camping—either way, we’re making certifications available now so you can check that box. Certifying early also gives you the ability to start planning and filing your events.
You may have heard us talking about Fast Track last year. This single assessment is designed to simplify certifications and save time for eligible agents—and this year you’re one of the eligible agents!
- Set aside less time to take certifications. On average, it takes one hour to complete Fast Track instead of three hours to complete standard certifications.
- Taking this single assessment will certify you to sell UnitedHealthcare MA, PDP, Medicare Supplement, D-SNP, C-SNP and stand-alone Dental, Vision & Hearing Plans and conduct marketing/sales events.
- You will still have the option to complete the standard UnitedHealthcare 2025 Certification if you prefer.
New and enhanced this year!
We’re always looking for ways to improve the certification experience and process. For 2025, you can expect:
- An enhanced study guide with a new simplified look, new search function and knowledge checks—all designed to support you during certifications and prepare you to sell this year.
- The study guide is now available on Learning Lab > 2025 Certification Study Guide tab or via Jarvis > Knowledge Center > Learning Lab > Content Library—click on the certification learning path, scroll down to the courses and click on Study Guide.
- Information on 2025 changes.
- Mention of our new electronic enrollment tool—JarvisEnroll (coming soon).
- Elimination of the Events Basics assessment.
- For standard certifications, Event Basics is now a stand-alone module that requires completion only if you plan to file events. There is no longer a requirement to pass an assessment.
- For Fast track, Events Basics questions are included. You do not need to complete the Events Basics module if you pass Fast Track.

As a reminder, the Conflict of Interest attestation has been removed from the certification process. You will continue to receive an email on your Party ID anniversary reminding you to complete your Conflict of Interest disclosure and attestation.

- Click the Certify now button below.
- Launch Learning Lab.
- Click on the Fast Track option.
Helpful tips
- Study Guide and assessment are available 24/7.
- For Fast Track, you get 2 attempts and must attain a minimum score of 85%.
- If you choose standard certifications, you have 6 attempts to pass each assessment with a minimum score of 85% for Medicare Basics and Ethics & Compliance and 70% for AARP.
- When you launch an assessment, an attempt is counted when you complete the assessment.
- If you exit before an assessment is completed, you can resume your session by clicking the continue button.
- Clicking “Start over” counts as a new attempt.
- Answer a question correctly to move to the next question.
- Answer a question incorrectly and you’ll receive feedback and be directed to the study guide before moving to the next question.
